The Depurty Director General (DDG)

The Depurty Director General receives the adjudicated applications and make a decision (below R2.5 million)

Once a decision has been made (approved/not approved ) the DDG will the assign all applications to the MGE programme managers.

As soon as the DDG or DG approve/disapprove an application ,the application will automatically be assign to the MGE programme manager.

The DDG or DG has the right not to recommend/recomend an application.

The DDG can not approve applications above R2.5 million. he can only review and send them for approval by the DG

The chairperson of the commitee assign the adjudicated application for approval to the Deputy Director General
