Comedy has been evolving in South Africa from the era of apartheid colonialism where it was used as a tool to indoctrinate this system and also enforce reconciliation. Towards the democratic era it was used as a method to advance nation building and deepening the culture.  We have further more details on the Proposal attached.

Rural areas are the heartbeat of black communities who are classified as previously disadvantaged communities. These communities are often neglected when it comes to well organized entertainment activities such as comedy and Poetry shows. We have more details on the proposal attached.
